Use of Blockchain Technology for Building a Hierarchical Structure on Most State Registries for the Purpose of Protection Against Forgery of Information

The work deals with the problem of ensuring security information storage in various registers, including state ones. First all, we focused on against attacks aimed at changing registry, which is a constant and real threat today. method proposed by us to prevent such registry based use results from relatively new direction field technology – blockchain technology. We propose building so-called cascade structure registers blockchains using one newest consensus protocols called Proof-of-Proof. Such correct parameters its construction use, provides all properties storage, as non-failure, immutability, sequence placement register, others. After formulating basic idea present list problems that need be solved so probability success substitution attack negligibly small.
